What happens if you pull the brake pedal all the way up by hand a few times and then apply the brakes? Do you still have no rear brakes? If so, it sounds like it's time to pull the rear calipers and sneak a peak
. Are you sure the pads aren't hitting part of the mounting brackets preventing full piston travel??
