Too many bulbs, and not enough places to put them. Cobra takes a 7" round headlight. It uses one H-4 dual fillament bulb, e.g. Hi beam, and Lo beam in one bulb. H-4 halogen bulbs come in a variety of wattages. Standard is 55/60, 55 watts Lo, 60 watts Hi.

The low wattage bulb is for the European version of the headlight, and should be for parking. They could be wired to your parking light circuit for a Euro look.
