Default Pedal assembly

Hello again Don,
Am I allowed to ask two questions?
My kit was purchased on 2/20/91 by the first builder, I'm now the third. On the pedal assembly, the clutch pedal is positioned closer to the firewall than the brake pedal. I'm assuming this is because the clutch pedal is for the cable type clutch assembly as described in the manual.
I'm using a Tilton hydraulic setup, with a remote mounted reservour for easy access. However, because the pedal is closer to the firewall, for me to get the required travel to move the clutch, I had to make a plate on the pedal, and now the pedal is a bit higher (out towards driver) then the brake pedal. This has only recently started to bother me, as it works fine.
I'm wondering, before pulling the pedals out and modifying clutch pedal back if anyone else has ever had this problem, or if you now have a different pedal assembly for this.
Thanks
