Safety wire goes on opposite side of spinner from area hit to tighten
Leave a little slack between spoke and spinner. Then if it gets tight, you know to re-whack (a Joisey term) the spinner.
Put the loose end thru the spinner from the front, leaves the twisted end behind the wing, looks cleaner
