There is a really long and informative thread on
oil and filters...consensus (for me at least) was that the Mobil 1 filter or the K & N filter were the best... and
synthetic oil after break in, like Mobil 1 or Royal purple multi vis "street"
oil. (not the racing version for the street)
Beware Fram filters...last I heard they restrict oil flow at startup!
