I'd also highly recommend the Ford Motorsports filter. They are intended for racing and high performance and have a thick shell for high pressure. A little spendy, but from my own usage, well worth it. Hold one of them in one hand and another brand in the other. You'll feel a real difference in weight. A good Ford parts guy will have a cut-away so you can compare the insides with others.
