The vents on my Cobra (not an ERA) were re-installed backwards by the painter. I ended up taking a small phillip's head bit (the type that is normally inserted into the end of a drill motor when installing dry wall screws) and chucking the bit into a socket wrench; in effect making a right-angle phillip's screw driver. Worked like a champ.
