Ron, I'm guessing that it would fit...My book shows a production intake 6V intake for the 62/63 390 Special (P/N C3SZ-9424-A) and 406 (C1AE-9424-E), with port sizes 1.16" wide x 2.14" high. The intakes for the LR are shown with 1.14x2.20 ports, and 1.24x1.94 for the MR...I think the Edelbrocks are medium risers with enough meat to be ported to low risers or port matched to your intake.
