Hersh is right. No way, no how are these guys going to get the roads officially closed!

Driving fast in this ciountry requires discretion. Unless of course, you're from someplace else. In that case, air feight your car here, drive as fast as you can, pay the fines, and have your home-country license unscathed. The American en6thusiasts will be dealing with the fallout!
