Agreed.

A good, trouble free 351W stroker is 393. Gobs of power, just under 400ci in a 2400# car. SCAT makes a very good crankshaft for this making it reliable.

From here, reliablility and buildability goes down exponentially. One can get 427ci with a 351 block (4.030 x 4.17) but there are better choices.
