The Victor Jr is all done at 7000 to 7500 rpm on a 347 with flow #s like yours. If you don't already have them and if you have the valve to piston clearance I would go with a 1.7 rocker arm for some more lift or step up a bit on the cam and bring the lobes closer together. If you are planning to rev over 7500 rpm go with the Super Victor or the Funnel Web.
