Ron's reply is good but I have had times that it still didn't clear the cache. I go back to the desktop and go to My Computer and open explorer and then delete the files by going to the folders. If you are running Windows XP then you will need to mark the folder option to show hidden folders and go down to the Temp. Internet folder which I think is in Documents and Settings. Also if it was working before see if your system restore created a restore point when you installed Norton's 03. If there are folders under the Temp. Internet folder ( there will be a + sign beside it if there are) then open them and delete any files that are in them also. It also helps to keep a rubber hammer near the computer for intimidation purposes. Do you have the little cup icon next to your name still ?
