Wayne, I also have the Biondo loc.....you can increase the pressure if you didn't have all your foot mashing the brake when you set it the first time..and if you're not mashing the brake as hard as you can when you set the loc....I think you're defeating it's purpose. I have never found a situation where I only needed some of the clamping power of the loc....Anyway, with the toggle switch you have to make a conscious effort to apply the loc..Just my $.02
