Default An unusual one???
I have seen an original 427 with quite a bit of racing history which is equipped with quite a few redundant gauges but the one that caught my attention was one marked "water pressure". It is used to indicate a water leak in the cooling system, or a backup indicator of potential overheating, it reacts more quickly.
