Thanks for the reply. I have looked at the
oil filter comparisons and that is why I changed and quit using the Fram filter. I know the people that built my motor told me it should run around 60-70 pounds cold but it never did after I went to the Fram. I was just surprised that the K & N filter made that difference. As for the
oil, that is what the people that built the motor used and told me to use. I have had this motor since 1996 and never a problem. It started out to be an all out racing engine and then I changed my mind and had them tone it down a lot but it is all balanced, blue printed and ported. We had a nice day here today and I went for a drive. The temp.was around 64 degrees and that is rare for here in January. I am sure from the news that you have worse weather than that right now.
