My new helmet was delivered on Friday
The latest update on TL's new COBRA
I spent most of yesterday playing with the graphic layouts and designs for my custom look of the helmet. It sure is a challange to take a two dimensional drawing and try to transfer the design to all the curves and ridges of the helmet. I promise to have the helmet ready for it's debut at DSCC Annual Meeting. If I can ever figure out how to post pictures, I will show work in progress.
BOY AM I HAVING FUN!
SPF 1560 should be in New Orleans at Reed Performance any day now.
Alum 427 engine is done and dynoed out at:
533HP @ 5600 RPM, 501.5HP @ 6500RPM (max)
534lb/ft of torque @ 4800 RPM
I plan on finalizing enclosed trailer dilemma this week if possible.
I am still undecided on tires.
