I use the Derale 16" spiral fan. Just make sure you don't use those through the radiator ties to mount it. They will eventually cause your radiator to leak. This is assuming you have an aluminum radiator.
My engine runs at 180 without the fan. When I get into traffic or periods of long idle (tuning) I throw the fan on.
