If you have the lowered mounts they have a flat surface for the engine isolator. There is one large hole for a 9/16 bolt and a small locator hole below it. The old mounts had a hold through the side. If you want to use a taller intake such as the Performer RPM then you will need the lower mounts for hood clearance.
The new engine isolators are a Napa# 602-1639. They are from a newer style Mustang GT.

As far as I know the Ford mounts for the old brackets are no longer available.
