I'm with Steve on this. 7:00am in February is generally not Cobra weather. It might be, but probably not - generally around 40 +/-. By 11:00, we might get lucky and have a great lunch with 15 Cobra like the January meeting. The IHOP in Grapevine is great for breakfast in warm weather and was a great spot last Aug. Is there only one restaurant in Grapevine?
Not too late to reconsider lunch someplace. Lunch - I am there. If 7:00 am breakfast is the plan - I am 50/50.
I may drive the Jeep over just to see the new Kirkham.
