As Dick Kjos pointed out in an earlier reply, I weighed 14 Cobra's from different manufacturers last September at our "Snakes in the Grass" event. Here are the results:
FFR w/small block (302) 2230#
FFR w/small block (302) 2263#
SUPERFORMANCE w/ 392 al. hd,steel flywhl 2560#
SUPERFORMANCE w/351 stl hds,al flywhl 2570#
INTEGRITY motor not known 2610#
B & B w/small block 2619#
Hi-Tec w/bbf iron heads 2663#
EVERETT-MORRISON motor not known 2735#
CLASSIC motor not known 2759#
SUPERFORMANCE w/ 460 al hds 2765#
MIDSTATES w/bbf 2825#
MIDSTATES w/BBC 2844#
MIDSTATES unknown motor 2862#
EVERETT-MORRISON w/bbf 2918#

The cars were weighed with INTERCOMP SW1 scales (very accurate)

I previously weighed another SUPERFORMANCE 392 stroker /al hds and stl flywhl @2540#

These are the facts guys, keep in mind the 302's are almost 100# lighter than Windsors, not all cars had the gas tanks topped off( gasoline is almost 7# per gallon)

All in all it was an interesting exercise and confirmed what each owner already knew.
