If you go on Ebay and do a search for 289 Ford you will find front timing covers, and waterpumps quite often, and occasionally sets or single pulleys are available too. Or you might find something at the auto wreckers. The two belt pulleys were used for air conditioning, smog pumps, and power steering. Be sure the water pump matches the front cover.
