I hate to hijack this thred back to cobra talk, but did anyone catch the quoted "top speed" of the 427 S/C in the Shelby article? 121 mph.. I think the guy forgot to take out the 5,000 rpm rev chip out of the MSD box.. The 289 FIA car was noted at 140.
