Next time you have something to say to me, do me the favor of directing it TO ME and not under the guise of a "suggestion"...
Agro-
Like I said, it really was NOT directed at anyone in particular. I was just responding to what I have witnessed over the last 2 plus years b/c I think a lot (not all) of the crap Evan gets is unwarranted.

As to Karl's point (and yours), I agree that no one likes to have their pedigree slapped in their face. And maybe Evan's signature and screen name are obnoxious - or maybe he just does it to ruffle feathers and cause controversy- but either way, if you don't like it, ignore it and it becomes a non-issue.

As for this, I am lost . . .

Oh yeah, one other thing - the ORIGINAL Cobra's were made to RACE were they not ?? So I guess those who risked their lives racing them, creating the legend that we all love - were just out on the track flogging them...
My reference to people flogging their cars on the track was purely for sake of illustrating different interests and was in no way meant to impugne the image or reputation of those who raced in the 60s. You can fill in whatever activity you want- wax, race, show, drive, whatever, it doesn't matter. The point was (and is) that we all like these cars for different reasons and no reason is better than another. I say again, to each his own.

No hard feelings.
