I mounted a steel angle to the car frame and bolted the slave cylinder to the angle. The slave has a rod that goes through the fork. My set-up pulls the clutch fork. Some other styles push the fork. There are some kits that actually mount to the engine block and push on the fork. Enzo at the finish line may be able to hook you up with the parts. My external slave has worked flawlessly for 4000 miles so far.
