Default no worries

It's a straightforward job on a machine with DRO (digital read out) better still a prototrac or similar for a bolt circle program. Indicate the center and redrill the bolt pattern. Be careful to use matching diameter and length studs to your front wheels. The new studs will give the hole size for the serrations to work. Check jegs or similar for the studs. I've laid them out with a caliper and redrilled them on a drill press before, it's not that hard. Angle between holes 72 deg, radius is 2.375" and 2.792" between holes in a straight line. Just take your time and check recheck etc. If you screw up the holes can be plug welded and redrilled.
Do it!
