Hey, why not jump in with both feet? This is my first post on the forum. Not only am I not particularly "discussion group savvy", but I'm also a neophyte to the car.

I just bought a Kirkham 427 "roller", with a 427 comin' from Southern. How do I go about getting the headers and correct sidepipes for the car? I have no clue at this point. Kirkham apparently doesn't have a set that they feel is acceptable at this time, so I'm lost here. Also, any advice about how to go about putting the engine and trans in the car? As one unit or separated? Any other tips about this, esp. at what point do you put the headers on...before or after the engine is in the car?
