After inspecting Mine that I removed to change Gaskets. I made this observation!
Mine are the worst CNC Machined Heads I have ever seen. The edges of the Combustion Chambers were sharp and uneven.
I also actually had to take a Rat Tail File and remove part of the Aluminum Casting from the Exhaust Ports that were blocked.

The beauty of CNC Maching is the quality of the finished Product.

If I were seriously interested in getting the maximum performance I could from this Engine, then these Heads should have been sent out for work. Given a choice, I would chose a different Manufacturer.

If this is Fords answer to Fast Burns, then they need to try alot harder. Theirs are not even close!
