When you have a chance go to
www.sen.ca.gov and then click on the legislative link. That takes you to a page where you can pull up SB-708. Please read it and see if you come to the same conclusions that I have. This bill looks as if it could be a disaster for anyone not in politics or buying a new vehicle every year or so. I really hope that I have interpeted it's effect on SB-100 wrong.
