It could be from a lincoln Mark VIII...86-90ish...I am about 70% sure that they were the only ones with a 5 bolt, coil, disc brake setup.

I got my front 5 bolt discs and calipers for my conversion/setup on my FFR and noticed the rear setup at the time...thought about it but I think it was wider than the mustang rearend.
