The issue of licensing registration has been in many threads, the theme usually has been advice AGAINST using such companies as Titles Unlimited. Which because of this thread was certainly sound advice!
It is to bad this IMPORTANT topic got "hi-jacked" into a ridiculous dialogue about the "cop" angle.
Very interesting that they are looking for the ORIGNAL owner. Now thats encouraging to those looking for a used Cobra!
