58mm Webers are extremely rare. Back before the internet, yep, I'm that old, I bought a 58mm Weber intake for a 427 FE from someone advertising it on the SAAC mag. Could not find the carbs back then. I was told that fewer than a dozen were made. Does anyone kniow if this is true?

I ended up trading it for a new 48mm Cobra lettered Weber intake to Ron Miller of Ford Power Parts. I think he was in Covinas, California.
Later sent to Jim Ingliese and he put the whole intake setup together. Looked and ran great! Carb bodies were black anodized and all screws and bolts were chromed. I had it in a '67 GT500 (#258 for those w/ a registry) with a 427s.o. medium riser and when I raised the hood at a car show, it looked like flies on dog sh!t time.

Nothing looks better then a Weber system on a Cobra.*
Nothing!
