As I mentioned in a previous post about Coast High, I had nothing but problems from them. It eventually took 6 months to get a "shelf" item from them, after they sent the wrong item, then refused to acknowledge that we returned the part until we threw the UPS confirmation at them, then it supposedly took another 2 months + to machine the correct "shelf" item. Of course, you have to pay 'up front', so they have your money. They would never return phone calls, or when they had to "check" on something, you would never hear back from them. They never admitted that they screwed up, and, of course, never apologized.
I thought it was choice when the owner (?) posted a reply the last time Coast High was bashed - he wanted us to believe that they have the 'highest standards for customer service' (I guess he gets his standards from the same place the Sadam Hussein gets his advise for human rights). Again, he never apologized to the people who had posted about their myriad of problems.
BEWARE!!!!
