We drove to Johnson City, Fredricksburg, Willow City, Llano, and Marbel Falls to day and the Blue Bonnets are just barley comming up. They need sun, and this cloudy weather is not helping them grow. Kathy believes it may be two to three weeks before they might be all out in force.
As for the cruise to Coopers in Llano, it might be best to wait until mid April.
We drove the "Willow City Loop" which is a 13 mile drive in the Hill Country interior. Basically a one lane road through private land which offers beautiful secenery, many low water crossings, alot of cattle grazing, and steep rolling hills and valleys. I recommend the Willow City Loop with the Blue Bonnents to everyone if you haven't already experianced it.
