Hi Rick,
I just got my magazine in the mail with the rules for the PHR big block challange. I would love to build an FE for the challange but I hate to say a 460 problably would have a better chance, at least money wise. If I had the big bucks I could definately build an FE that would give the big boys a run for their money.I am seriously talking with some of the local Ford nuts here in the S.F. bay area to see if we can gather enough parts together to do this thing (FE or 460).
My main concern is paying for enough dyno time to try differnet combinations. A 470ci FE with 700 hp would make a hell of a Cobra engine though!
