I forgot to mention why I started this whole process to begin with. The rotors where shot. The ones that are supposed to fit ('70 Monte Carlo) would not. I tried about a dozen of them and then looked through EVERY early GM rotor. Once I had enough of that I solved the problem once and for all. I highly recommend the EBC Kevlar pads for those of your running the OEM type system. They have a high CF and a very wide temp range. They are also easy on rotors and basically dustless. Expensive though.
