My "mufflers" came from Butler Racing and were welded onto the short collector. The turnout is part of the muffler. If you want loud, they'll do it in spades. Calling them mufflers is almost a joke.

Butler put in a spiral wound core and nothing else. They were loud new, but never changed. With my compression, they had a nice bark at idle and would just about take your head off when the rpm's were up!

My engine was dynoed with them on the engine and it still made nearly 500hp.

Oh, btw, dogs don't like them at all! There is a high pitched resonance that they can hear and we can't.

Also, I never even had a cop look at me for the noise. Mostly they just grinned when they saw and heard the car.

Try the Butlers. I guarantee you'll like them.
