Default With all things being equal
Ok,

With all this registration issure going on, i'am begining to get a little cold feet about all this..You guys need to keep me pumped up and going..

Anyway, here is the question..With all things being equal and you were not going to build your car, but buy turn-key used.What would you do? This is a California question..Would you buy out of state and used SB1578 or buy in state.And if you brought you used car in state, what would you look for concerning the registration of the car?
