We have a local shop in Zion Il that will di it for about $45 mine is done in hillbilly chrome (dark silver to match the titanium stripes).
Cost can change depending on prep time of the metal. All mine needed was degrease cleaning.
The Zion shop is J+J 847-731-3131 tell them it is for a cobra.
There is also a very good shop in Crestwood Il called "Gorilla".
They also do ceramic, headers are under $300 again depending on prep.708-388-2898
