When you say complete, do you mean a complete short block, long block, or engine? Does it have any modifications, such as heads, cam, etc.? Also, has the block been worked or raced? Has it been overbored .030 already, has it been decked? And, most importantly of all, what is he looking for in price? This may be the determining factor once I tally in the cost of shipping.
