I have exactly the same setup as you have. I ended up with 7" front wheels with 3 3/4" backspace and 8" rears with 3 3/4" backspace. 225 - 60 fronts and 275 - 50 rears. The backspace could stand to be a little more, but generally, it looks pretty good.
