John,

I really dont dont count myself among the carburation guru's on this board, but In my opinion the 4160 is a great all around carb., the vacuum secondaries keep it performing optimum for conditions and it is very tunable and reliable ( I think the basic design has been around for 25 - 30 years) might be one of the most widely used hot rod carbs, I must admit I think 600 cfm could be a tad light for an agressively built 351 though.

most ford/ holley combinations run with the air horn rearwards regardless of throttle linkage.
