The ideas are already flowing as to where a workshop will go ect. However it will be at least 5 years before that becomes a reality. I can't compalin, I already got one item on my wish list in my garage, however my finish date will be pushed back some because we will have to do some clearing out then run some fencing. When I say there is no landscaping. I mean the property is as flat as a board with two trees. Thank God it has been graded flat though. I cannot imagine clearing out desert trees and brush on 3 acreas! That would be half the battle.

I have that feeling all over again like when i purchased my first house.

So no takers on a nice bar size pool table, includes two sticks and balls but it does need new balls. The freebie balls that came with it are not the best.
