Don't see anything about admitting making a mistake, but maybe that's on the other forum. Anyway, he may well have made one, which can be said about most of the rest of us here at one time or the other. I've made a few. I nearly went off a mountain road twenty years ago when some guy goaded me into a "let's see who gets to the end of the two lane (one passing) back to the one lane first" race. I'd signaled, overtook him and was starting to pass when he floored it. Did I mention it was raining and the roads were very slick? I should've slowed and let the clown have his accident with someone else. But no. I stepped on it. I drifted part way across into the other lane of traffic, and the rear end was coming around. Due entirely to luck, I caught it and survived. If I'd lost it I would've gone off the cliff. Or, I could've caused a head-on collision with an oncoming car, injuring or outright killing someone who's only sin had been driving up the same mountain road and being in the path of an irresponsible jerk, me. Nuke, I'm glad you're okay, and hope you don't have to go through something like this again. Hang in there.
