Default What oil viscosity do you suggest using on a Ford Crate 460 and Ford 9 Rear?
I like the idea of Mobil 1 10W30 Synthetic, but what do you think would be best for this motor?

It's a bored .030 460 with all new parts.

While at it, what fluid do you recommend for a Ford 9 inch rear with 3.33 OEM (new) gears, Ford OEM Trak Lok? I'm looking at Mobil1 and Red Line 75W90 and 80W140.
