The beaches and other things in Calif. aren't worth living here for and the jobs are going away by the thousands. If I weren't so old and all of my family is buried here I would have been out of here years ago. I am still looking at property in Roswell, New Mexico and a few places in Arizona and Montana. Doubt if I can ever swing anything and the age thing is the pits. Don't ever grow old. I have actually ran into a couple of people in the Calif. DMV who know their jobs and are willing to help any way they can. Unfortunately they are few and far between. I am really happy for you that you had the sense while you are young enough to leave. Now if we can convince Davis and Flores to move to Arizona you can have them free.
