I use earls fittings on my lines. When I change the
oil I disconnect the line from the filter (duel) then connect an adapter to it with a quick disconnect and a ball valve to control air flow. With this set up you get no mess. After the
oil is in (all thirteen quarts) I pop the distributor and prime the system with a drill. It takes a little time to do this, but when you have megabucks into your motor there is no other option. COBRAMAN.
