In light of the recent fatal drag race, your teasing, humorous banter is so witty.

then, it is the cost of doing business.

And, while I do not disagree with the passing of the buck to the legal system, I am SO over the "lawyers blaming the insurance carriers/insurance carriers blaming the lawyers" tap dance.
The fact is, that unless you wrap your Cobra around a tree trunk, you don't need either of them.
