How about the "promo cars" that dealers used to give to prospective buyers and their children. I remember back in the early 80's when I purchased a car from one of our local dealers and when the car was delivered there were roses in the car for my wife and a signature jacket for me. I was told later that this was the salesman's choice and a wise one it was because over the course of two years I sent him 8 new customers and I personally purchased 2 more vehicles from him.
