Default Stroker dyno results

I am under the imression that the 392-396 stroker is more reliable and cheaper to build than a 408 up?

Also with a 393 with 9.7.1 comp I wonder whether 500fwbhp is possible, the fuel in this country varies, I know guys with 9.5.1 on cast heads FE engines running strong street performance, so I hope to run AFR alloy heads which may allow me 10.1 comp! I can get avgas to dose it up when racing, so I could always retard slightly for the street and run 10.1.

Does anyone run a knock sensor of any type, I am not sure they are available!

Camshaft profile where is a good place to start with this, as a guy here who builds Fords for racing, he endorses Roller solid camshafts, he doesn't like hydraulic rollers, a lot of my engines have been flat tappet, but I would prefer to keep things simple for reliability.
