This is a bit of a stroke, but if you know the CCs of your chambers and the incrouchment of the piston ( above the deck height ) into the chamber, you could get a relative idea of what you are doing.
Make sure the resultant area is added to the stroke cylinder to get close number of intake volume. Then divide and you should have a close number.
There is nothing like a set of CCed heads, a dial bore gage and playdoe.
